New staff: Molly Bailey, Jennifer Fincher
There are two new faces at Walk-In! Dr. Molly Bailey is our new Clinical Operations Consultant providing clinical infrastructure oversight and consultation. Dr. Bailey will provide supervision of supervision — supporting the soon-to-be-hired Clinical Supervisor’s professional development, co-developing standardized clinical practice protocols across Walk-In’s thirteen teams, and building the supervision model that supports both in-person and virtual service delivery.
Molly has extensive experience in trauma-informed care, therapist training and supervision, and building clinical systems that support both quality care and clinician development. She previously founded the Minnesota Trauma Recovery Institute and has spent more than a decade working with individuals, couples, and families navigating complex trauma, addiction, and relational challenges.
She works remotely from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi where she now lives with her family.
Molly says about Walk-In, “Walk-In has always been a rare and beautiful model in mental health — immediate, compassionate care offered freely to the community. I’m grateful to support the clinicians who make that possible and help strengthen the systems that sustain this work.”
Jennifer Fincher is our new administrative assistant (part-time). She will be handling registration for trainings and supporting Walk In’s administrative functions. Jennifer previously worked as a human resources director in the home health industry and as an human resources consultant in the mental health industry. She works remotely from Texas. “I’m so honored to be a part of Walk In’s invaluable work in the community!” Jennifer says.
